Privacy, DPDP Act 2023 and GDPR
Draft v0.1, 24 Oct 2026. To be reviewed by Indian counsel before launch.
What we hold
Most of our data is about companies: registry identifiers, status, address, industry, listings, hiring counts and technologies. Personal data is limited to people's names and their public business roles (director, CEO, founder), taken from CC0 open data (Wikidata today) and, as they are added, public registers.
What we do not hold
We do not hold personal email addresses, phone numbers, home addresses, photos or social-media profiles. We do not scrape LinkedIn, and we do not use data obtained by breaking a website's terms.
Purpose
Business-to-business uses only: KYB, due diligence, market research and B2B prospecting at company level. Customers agree not to use the data for consumer profiling or to contact individuals outside a business context.
Your rights
Anyone can ask us to stop showing their name. Use the opt-out form. Suppression applies to all API and MCP responses at once, and our grievance officer reviews requests within 7 days. Contact: [email protected].
